Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

 

  ALL products sold by  VacuumCleanersHQ.com must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for any refund if they meet the return policy criteria listed below. 

   Customers who received free shipping will be charged our actual reshipping cost for returns or exchanges unless the error was our fault. 

  Ocassionally we may offer an upgraded product if one is not is instock or available, if customer agrees with the upgrade then it is considered a purchase and not an error. 

If it's a factory defect then then we will produce an RMA# and call tag for it. Once returned we will inspect and issue a credit once inspection is completed.

If it's not a factory defect and has not been opened, then we will produce an RMA# and the customer can ship back to us for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee.

 

If it is not defective and has been opened we can not take it back for refund or credit.

 

YOU MUST CONTACT US VIA EMAIL OR VIA PHONE TO RECEIVE A RMA # FOR YOUR RENTURN. 

**Packages returned to us without an RMA # will be "Returned to Sender". **

 

PRODUCTS NOT ELGIBLE FOR RETURN INCLUDE:

* Opened Bags or Filters

* Used Vacuum Cleaners

* Opened parts in Vacuum Cleaner Package

* User installed parts
